Sisters -
Inspired by an antique doll/small quilt that featured a small pre-printed image used as the center and surrounded by 'postage stamp' squares, this vintage-flavored small quilt gives you the opportunity to use a variety of Jo's fabrics - even those tiny scraps with which you just couldn't bear to part.
The ladies' faces on the fabric print can be embellished by embroidery, or you can use a pigma pen and trace over the images to make them stand out. The finished block reminds us of the cameos our grandmothers and great aunts used to collect.
Constructed from an assortment of 'postage stamp' squares - so simple, yet so appealing - and the center 'ladies' profile' block. There are (128) squares total: (64) assorted 'dark' squares and (64) assorted 'light' squares.
